TAI CHI
Learn to relax and exercise at the same time. Take time to slow down the busy world around you with this slow-moving, ancient Chinese martial art. Tai Chi is a great way to reduce stress, get healthy and improve your quality of life. It can simply be a form of exercise/relaxation or you can make it a lifetime of study/practice in an exercise of mind, body & spirit.
Bill Simpson has been practicing and studying Tai Chi Chuan for over 19 years and has been teaching for over 10 years. In 1996 Bill began studying with Master Ru Yu Wen who was the former Vice Secretary General of the International Tai Chi Association in Sichuan, China.
